Men's health issues - Top 3 Male Sexual Problems Prevention

Around 1 in 10 men experience sexual problems. Men's sexual problems can happen at any time of life, but become more common with age. Sexual health is an important part of a man's life, whether he is straight, gay, bisexual or transgender.

A sexual problem, or sexual dysfunction, refers to a problem during any phase of the sexual response cycle that prevents the man or couple from experiencing satisfaction from the activity. The sexual response cycle has four phases: excitement, plateau, orgasm, and resolution.

Commonly saying sexual problems is the inability to have a satisfactory sexual relationship. This definition depends on each person's own interpretation on what he judges satisfactory. In general, sexual dysfunction can affect a couple's foundation and their quality of life.

Fortunately many problems with sexual health can be treated, so seek medical advice if you have concerns.

Erectile dysfunction, sometimes called impotence. It is estimated that half of all men between the ages of 40 and 70 may faced this problems. This is when a man can't get, or keep, an erection. Most men experience it at some time in their life, and the causes can be physical or psychological.

Physical causes include heart disease, diabetes and raised blood pressure. Alcohol, smoking and illegal drugs, as well as some prescription medicines, can also cause erectile problems.

To sustain an erection, the penis needs good blood flow. A number of treatments have been successful in the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Medication, such as sildenafil (sold as Viagra), can be used to manage it in at least two-thirds of cases. Vacuum pumps that encourage blood to flow to the penis and cause an erection are also working. Wearing magnetic underwear to promote blood circulation around penis is the latest found natural way of treatment. Easy and safe to use (just change the underwear), without side effects, result oriented with good feedback for not so serious case.

Premature ejaculation, or call rapid ejaculation is the most common type sexual problems.  Around a 1/3 of men experience ejaculates (comes) sooner than he wants to during sex, most likely within two minutes of the start of sexual stimulation. It is also the most common sexual dysfunction in men under 40.

Common physical causes include prostate problems, thyroid problems and or using recreational drugs.Where common psychological causes include depression, stress, relationship problems, anxiety about sexual performance.

There are currently few treatments for premature ejaculation. Antidepressant medication is one option. Topical anesthetics applied to the penis may also delay ejaculation by decreasing sensation. Some also try magnetic therapy to boost up sex drive and stay longer in bed.

Less interest in sex, loss of sex drive or libido. The definition of low libido is when sexual desire is diminished or absent. The definition also varies according to the men's level of satisfaction of his own sexual desire.

Risk factors for low libido in men include age because testosterone concentration will decrease over the years, alcohol consumption, smoking, stress, sexual relations, drug consumption, conditions requiring medication that lowers testosterone, depression, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), pain, and prostate cancer. About 18% of men from 50 to 59 years of age will suffer this and 37% of those aged 70 to 75 years will, too.

Surprisingly, research found wearing unsuitable underwear (too tight or too loose) may also cause the lower testosterone problems. And most of the men under 40 are ignoring this facts.

Hormone treatment will conduct to correct any imbalances, such as testosterone replacement therapy. Avoiding stress, relaxing more. Talking to a partner about concerns or problems helps to improve the sex drive.

Treatment of sexual problems:

Men with sexual difficulties in prior generations had fewer options available. Treating erection problems with surgically inserted silicone rods, vacuum pumps, and injecting drugs into your penis left much to be desired. Early versions of sex therapy seemed mechanical and technique-oriented to many couples, too. Today, erection difficulties, rapid ejaculation, delayed ejaculation, and low desire are all treatable problems.

In short, medical treatment, hormones therapy, magnetic therapy, couple therapy,  wearing right underwear, quit smoking, Sticking to alcohol guidelines, etc are all useful tips to counter fight the sexual problems.

Wear The Right Underwear : Penis Enlargement & Boost Sperm Count In Natural Way

You wouldn't think there'd be a lot to learn about underwear — wear it, change it, wash it, repeat — but there's actually more than most men think. And whether guys choose boxers, briefs, or live to go commando, chances are, underwear rarely gets a second thought.

A lot of us underestimate the importance and power of good underwear. If it’s too tight, too loose, or if you’re wearing those grey pair of pants that were once white, you’ve got to do something about it. We never really stop to consider whether the underwear we’re wearing is right for us.

Whether it’s finding a pair that really compliments your shape, provides enough support throughout the day, or allows your skin to breathe when you’re active, it’s vital to have a good selection in your drawer.

Here’s a simple guide to the different styles of men’s underwear that are available to you, when to wear them, and what you should be looking out for.

Type of underwear :

Boxers
Boxers have elastic waistbands and wide leg openings like shorts. Some styles feature an open fly while others have buttons or fasteners that close the fly. The loose design allows air to circulate but provides no support. Boxers are acceptable as loungewear and comfortable to sleep in. When worn with pants, this style tends to bunch up and ride above the waist.

Briefs
Briefs are a form-fitting style of underwear that has elastic leg openings and waistband. The fly features overlapping pockets of material for support. This style provides sufficient support for physical activities. Over time, the fabric may become worn and stretch out. It is best to replace the underwear when it no longer conforms to the body.

Boxer-Briefs
Boxer-briefs combine the coverage of boxers with the support of briefs. The legs extend to the middle of the thigh or higher and hug the body. The overlapping or sewn fly offers support for any type of activity. Boxer-briefs can be worn underneath pants without bunching or displaying lines. Many men prefer this style for its versatility and comfort, some even claim that this is the ultimate underwear for men.

Boxer brief underwear commonly used in healing purposes, for example erectile dysfunction, prostate prevention, inflammation and skin problems.  There are magnetic boxer briefs come with two chamber system which is more breathable and body fit. The magnetic force boost the blood circulation into penis which helps in erectile and penis enlargement effect. Magnetic stimulation of the cavernous nerve for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in humans. There are proven result that magnetic therapy for penis improved sexual performance.

Thongs
Thongs are considered a sexy style of men's underwear. They feature an elastic waistband of varying widths, a pouch, and a thin fabric strip for the back. This style will not show lines when worn with pants, but some men consider thongs to be uncomfortable. Thongs offer some support but are not recommended for physical activities because of discomfort and sweating. The g-string is a variation of the thong with an extremely thin strip of fabric in the back.

Bikinis
Men's bikinis are another sexy style of underwear. They are designed like briefs but with a more revealing look. The waist typically sits slightly lower on the hips, allowing for lower cut jeans. String bikinis are a variation with narrow waistbands at the hips. When worn with pants, bikinis may ride up in the back and cause discomfort.

Thermal Underwear
Thermal underwear is form fitting and extends from the waist to the ankles. Some styles come in sets with bottoms and long-sleeved tops. The center is supported with an overlapping fly, and the material is usually insulated. Men typically wear thermal underwear in cold climates where maintaining body heat is essential for comfort and survival. It is common for men to wear this style as loungewear around the home or for sleeping.

Undershirts
Undershirts are available with short sleeves and in tank-top styles. These garments provide additional warmth and protect the outerwear from sweat during physical activities.

Do Wear Well-Fitting Underwear

Underwear should be comfortable while providing optimal support for any activity. Men's sizes are based on waist circumference and usually correspond with pant measurements. Some men believe that wearing underwear in a size too small will emphasize their front, but this effect only causes discomfort and erectile problems.

Underwear that is restricting can raise the body temperature, causing excessive sweating that leads to stains. Increasing the temperature in the groin area over extended periods of time may also cause health and fertility problems. Elastics that are too tight around the waist or legs can cause irritation and rashes.

On the other hand, wearing underwear that is too big can cause discomfort and unsightly wrinkles to show in the outer clothing. The underwear may bunch up in certain areas and distort the body's form through the pants or shorts.

Do wear Modal Fabric Underwear

The MODAL fabric of underwear has a great impact on the overall comfort of the garment. Men's underwear is made from natural and synthetic materials that offer softness, warmth, support, movement, and air flow. The breathable of MODAL fabric is gentle on skin, work underneath the clothes you’re wearing, flatter your shape and be suitable for what you’re doing that day. As a result, it reduce the heat over the groin area and anti-inflammation.

Wearing the right underwear can boost sperm count
According to a recent study, men who wore boxer brief during the day and nothing to bed had significantly lower levels of damaged DNA in their sperm compared to those who wore tight underpants during the day and at night. The study tracked 500 men over the course of a year, taking note of the underwear choices they made and the quality of their sperm.

For those who facing erectile problems, frequent night urination problems, been trying to used natural way for penis enlargement, always facing bacterial and skin problems over the area,  experts say ‘YOUR UNDERWEAR’ is the cause. Maybe something as simple as changing the kind of underwear that you wear can make a difference. Start pay attention to it today! Wear the right underwear!

Does Magnetic Underwear Benefit Men’s Health?

A magnet produces a measurable force called a magnetic field. Static magnets have magnetic fields that do not change Magnets are usually made from metals (such as iron) or alloys. Preliminary studies sponsored by the National Institutes of Health that looked at back pain in a small group of people, have suggested a benefit from using magnets.

Magnetic therapy is an alternative medical practice that uses static (i.e. unmoving) magnets to alleviate pain and other health concerns. So-called therapeutic magnets are typically integrated into bracelets, rings, or shoe inserts, and men’s underwear.

How its work?

1. Boost the blood circulation into penis, Stabilize blood pressure

Magnetic fields upon the body help to energize and boost the rate of circulation; stimulating nutrient rich blood flow thus invigorating your metabolism by oxygenating the organs providing muscle and tissue more oxygen for mental and penis while accelerating the ridding of body wastes, flushing out unwanted toxins, releasing more endorphins, the body's natural pain killers promoting repair and stimulating faster healing; In such the it helps those erectile dysfunction or those premature ejaculation.

2.  Enhance immunity, anti-inflammation.

Improving the bodies anti-infective activity and enhancing immunity; normalizes endocrine production by helping to regulate and balance endocrine functions; affecting enzyme production for reducing swelling, stiffness and the acidity from wounds helping in reducing inflammation. It is important for those who faced prostate problems.

3. Pain release, Hormone Balance, Improved oxygenation

Wounds and painful areas of the body are marked by a lack of oxygen, off pH & poor circulation. The acid / alkaline [pH] balance of body fluids can be altered by magnetic fields;

Magnetic fields also alter enzyme activity & biochemical processes with the lower frequencies relieving pain, inflammation and bruising around penis area. Those who always facing back pain, the magnetic underwear helps to reduces the pain.

Any Side Effect?

Magnetism is an all natural choice and tool whose forces penetrate into the channels and collaterality of the body to help regulate its physiological functions.

It helps prevent high cholesterol, stroke, prostate cancer, premature ejaculation, frequent night urination, odor and inflammation. In the other hands, it increase the blood flow helps in erectile, stay longer in bed, release back pain, and some claim even the enlargement of penis.

Magnets may not be safe for some people, such as those who use a pacemaker or an insulin pump; magnets may interfere with the functioning of the medical device. Otherwise, magnets are generally considered safe when applied to the skin. Reports of side effects or complications have been rare.

Ensure you get the REAL and Effective magnetic underwear. Compare the magnetic force and the quality before wear it.

Men Health : Personal Hygiene for Genital / Penis care

Intimate hygiene is extremely important for a man as it is tied to sex and  romance. So, here is what every man needs to know about personal hygiene for a healthy penis.

1) Water consumption: Water is needed to flush out the toxins from the body. Drink sufficient water to maintain a good amount of blood and oxygen to the penis.

2) Reduce sweat: Excess sweat at the penis and scrotum develops into infection and odor. So, it is important to maintain dryness either by absorbing the moisture with a towel or by applying powder (not directly to genital) to the area.

3) Scrotum temperature: The ideal temperature for the scrotum is 37 degrees C. When the scrotum is at normal temperature it is elongated and smooth, it is relaxed. The scrotum contracts and get wrinkled when it is cold, sexually stimulated or when you exercise. Don’t wear tight underwear.

4) Shaving: It is also important to shave or trim in order to prevent irritation and infection. You should take a hot shower before you shave to make the hair shaft soft. Exfoliate the area to open the pores to help you get a clean shave and use a clean blade to shave off the hair.

5) Foreskin cleansing: Wash the penis daily with soap and water by retracting the foreskin, if you are an uncircumcised male. Failure to do so can lead to infections, inflammations, phimosis, bad odours and even tumours. It is important to remember to return the foreskin to its natural position after cleansing and drying.

6) Keeping the Genital Area Clean. Washing the penis, the scrotum which holds the testicles, the anus, and pubic hair (if puberty has been reached) with water and mild soap.

7) For cleanliness after urinating, the penis should be shaken gently until the few remaining drops of urine are expelled. It may be wiped as well. Following a bowel movement, the anus should be wiped. Covering public toilet seats with toilet paper is also recommended since bacteria grows easily on toilet seats. Washing hands after urinating is a must, otherwise, bacteria will be spread via the hands.

8)Underwear. Men should be concerned with the kind of underwear and pants they wear. Underwear or pants should not be too tight, and they should be well ventilated to help stem bacteria growth. Wearing cotton, brief boxer is best choice for penis health. If underwear gets wet or soiled, it should be changed. Also, towels should not be shared since they can pass bacteria.

9) Penis area should be cleaned after sex, even if wearing a condom, to prevent bacterial build-up and unpleasant smells arising.  If either partner has a known infection, they should tell the other person so adequate provisions can be made such as the use of condoms. For men with more than one wife, or multiple sex partners, wash with warm water and mild soap after every sexual encounter. This is to avoid spread of other infections from one partner to the next.

10) Jock itch, or groin ringworm, is a fungal infection (caused by certain fungi and yeasts) that usually occurs in warm weather. It is caused by wearing tight clothes that are not well ventilated. The symptoms include redness, blisters, itchiness, and pain of the groin and upper, inner thigh area. This type of infection can easily recur if not taken care of properly. To avoid jock itch, men should take care to dry off well after swimming, bathing, and sweating. It’s also a good idea to wash up before any intercourse where the penile penetration is involved. Again, wearing a brief cotton underwear is a good prevention of all.

Top 6 Issues on Obesity and Sexuality In Men

With 1.5 billion people around the world in the overweight category, sex-related concerns of obesity is a situation various healthcare services will have to deal with sooner than later.

Being overweight can directly affect erectile dysfunction by lowering testosterone levels, quoted by Professor Mitty. Testosterone is the primary sex hormone in men, and it plays an important role in both libido and sexual function. Studies have shown that in men over 40 each one-point increase in body mass index (BMI) was associated with a 2% decrease in testosterone.

In addition a four-inch increase in waist size increased a 30 years and above aged man’s risk of having a low testosterone level by 75%

A new Australian study, published in year 2011 in the "Journal of Sexual Medicine," found that losing just 5% to 10% of body weight over a two-month period improved the erectile function -- and revved up the sex drives.

Top 6 ways that obesity harms your sex life:

1.Erectile Dysfunction
Obesity contributes to diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol, which all contribute to erectile dysfunction by damaging and constricting blood vessels and affecting the way blood flows in and out of the penis. The penis needs a sufficient supply of blood to become erect and once engorged; the vessels need to close to maintain the erection.

2. Hormonal imbalance leading to low libido
Increased body fat leads to more sex hormone binding globulins (SHBG) in the system. SHBG is a natural chemical that binds to testosterone, which means that there is less of the sex hormone left to handle the demands of a normal sex life.

3. Infertility
Obesity is definitively liked to low sperm counts and reduced sperm motility in many studies. This leads to male infertility due to obesity. Studies have shown that for every three-point increase in a man’s BMI, couples were 10% more likely to be infertile. Furthermore, higher temperatures of the testes are linked to low sperm count. Excess fat in the inner thighs and pubic region results in high testes temperatures of over 35˚C. This may be sufficient to hinder sperm production.

4. Enlargement of prostate
Men with waists of 43 inches or larger have been found to be 2.4 times more likely to need surgery for Benign prostate hyperplasia than men with waists smaller than 35 inches. Prostate gland also releases prostate-specific antigen (PSA). The PSA levels rise as the prostate gland enlarges. Obesity however lowers PSA.

5. Fewer sex positions possible
Sadly, the sheer logistics of sex can change when one or both partners are fat and can make coitus in some positions particularly hard.

6. Lack of Confident
Low self-esteem, depression, less likely to have sex is all about the image of the body. Easy to get tired and lack of Stamina also might affected sexual life.

So, Start Exercise today! To stay Fit and Healthy!
