If you’re male, you probably felt like Superman until you hot your late 30s. But when you got older, your health concerns began to shift.

Men in their young age (20s-30s) are more concerned about their penis size and performance in bed. In the age of 40s might have night urination problems, but when men in their 50s are more concerned about erectile dysfunction. Men in their 60s worry more about prostate cancer and the risk.  

However, most of the men do not aware that the daily underwear that wear might be all the cause!

According to The Ultimate Underwear survey, 57% of men prefer briefs, 18% prefer tight boxers, and 29% prefer roomy boxers.  This research shown most men do wear well fitting underwear, but might not choose the proper material or measurement.

Underwear that is restricting can raise the body temperature, causing excessive sweating that leads to stains. Increasing the temperature in the groin area over extended periods of time may also cause health and fertility problems. Elastics that are too tight around the waist or legs can cause irritation and rashes.


Research shows two out of three men, aged 50 years old and above have a problem with night urination. Frequent urination is not a symptom of a problem, but is the problem. 

Diabetes, obesity, aging are one of the cause of the problems.

Many do not know, wearing a tight underwear may be the cause too! To choose an underwear with a good blood circulation function, helps to reduce the night urination problems.


A healthy young man prostate is classically said to be slightly larger than a walnut, it gets bigger as a man get older. If the prostate becomes enlarged, it can place pressure on the bladder and urethra (the tube through which urine passes). This can affect how you pass urine and may cause:

•             difficulty starting urination
•             a frequent need to urinate
•             difficulty fully emptying the bladder

World statistic, a man's chances of having BPH go up with age:
- Age 31-40: one in 12
- Age 51-60: about one in two
- Over age 80: more than eight in 10
